Shipping & Returns

Our digital editions are available worldwide. Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate download link via email. You can also access your downloads from your account dashboard at any time.

Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support.

We currently ship physical copies exclusively within South Africa.

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (R99.00)
• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (R149.00)
• Free Shipping: On orders over R1000.00

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched with our courier partners.

Physical Books: We accept returns of undamaged books within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues with the file, please contact us for assistance.
