All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy, a trusted and reliable delivery partner. Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.
Delivery fee starts from *R129.
For bulk orders we will adjust the delivery fee and contact you.
Every order is carefully packed with love and intention. Orders are usually processed and ready for dispatch within 1–2 business days.
As soon as your parcel is collected, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Once your order has been collected by The Courier Guy, you'll receive a waybill number via email. You can use this number to follow your parcel's journey all the way to your door.

Our digital editions are available worldwide. Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate download link via email. You can also access your downloads from your account dashboard at any time.
Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support.
Physical Books: We accept returns of undamaged books within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues with the file, please contact us for assistance.
